This 28 page paper discusses employee engagement – what does it mean; how engaged are we; the impact of rewards & benefits on engagement; an employee engagement action plan.
The paper is influenced by two major pieces of research conducted in association with Ipsos Mori. The first surveyed more than 1200 employees to understand job satisfaction, sense of involvement and engagement.
The second pulled together the views of 430 UK employers on what employee engagement means to them and the factors they believe drives engagement.
