Webinar: Engaging Families in the workplace – The Challenges

As part of our support for National Childcare Week, we hosted a webinar, covering a range of topics that businesses need to consider as part of their strategy for staff with families.

Some of the issues explored include:-

What changes will occur if men start taking additional paternity leave (APL)?

Is looking after families really the job of the workplace?

What are the major challenges as we go forward to 2012?

Can flexible working really work?
