		<description>The scheme has lost favour with our organisation due to the fact that when someone is on a period of unpaid leave, i.e. maternity leave, we have to continue paying/providing non-cash benefits and Childcare Vouchers are considered a non-cash benefit.  I would be interested to hear from any other organisations on this point.</description>
